What is the Group Coaching Program?
The program is for people who purchase the Isagenix 30 Day Nutritional Cleanse and Fat Burning program. Instead of figuring out, guessing, struggling, and just trying to get it perfect we've created a program that provides you with round the clock information and support from some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.

But what if I can't make the group meetings?
No problem. As we will also be connected through an online forum I've set up so that anyone can cleanse along with the group. You'll send us your measurements and "before" photo and introduce yourself online. In this way, you can participate no matter where you live. The key is to participate!

Here's the "skinny"
Anything done with a group is more fun, not to mention that there is an arsenal of evidence to support the fact that people get better results in any endeavor with social support. And that's what you'll get here. We'll meet five times beginning on Sunday morning May 18th. Once we introduce ourselves, we'll review the program and components. We'll learn what to do and discuss real life strategies to handle life's unexpected interruptions. In addition we'll take some baseline measurements and a "before" photo.
The next three meetings will also be on Sunday mornings where we'll meet at a local park and go for a challenging hike through varied terrain. Along the way we'll talk about the previous week, sharing stories and anything else that's relevant.
The last meeting will be on June 15th where we'll take measurements again and our "after" photo. Most importantly we'll learn what we need to do to continue so that we achieve our goals.
