I'd like to introduce you to Steve Warner. He's a great guy with an amazing wit and sense of humor. He's married to Cheryl and they have two youthful and energetic boys. Steve practices law and is a partner in law firm with offices in Summit. So you might imagine that like many of us Steve has a demanding schedule that challenges him physically and emotionally.
Last September when we met and I learned from Steve that he wanted to change his health. It was time. He was fed up and realized that he had habits that contributed to his weight gain. And a substantial weight gain it was- 50 LBS!Fortunately at age 44 Steve had no real signs of poor health, but all the leading indicators were there.
But mostly, it was how he felt physically and for allowing himself to get to this point. Being a dad was a big motivator. He also wanted to get back into shape so he could be an active and physical parent who participated in sports with his kids, not watching from the side lines.
Growing up, Steve had been on his high school wrestling team. Even after so many years, he drew upon what he learned about what it takes to compete and win. Unlike other sports, wrestling often requires athletes to workout hard and diet in order to reach a particuliar weight tobe able to qualify to compete. This takes a lot of focus and self discipline. Having had this experience, it gave Steve a perspective on how to get his mind set. Currently he's an avid softball player and Steve knows what it's like to have your head in the game if you want to win. And win he did!
Steve signed up for boot camp and joined our first Isagenix Group Coaching program which ran from mid September to mid October of 2007. Steve was focused and found the Isagenix plan easy to follow. He's continued to use Isagenix products since and has a simple approach that allows him to replace a meal or two a day with an IsaLean protein shake or an IsaLean meal replacement bar. His other meals and snacks are nutritionally balanced and healthy. As you can see for yourself, he's lost 5 or more pounds a month continually by creating a lifestyle, not a diet.
In Steve's own words:
I endorse Isagenix products for their ease of use and effectiveness. My goal, is to lose 50lb and I dropped 21lbs in 30 days with Isagenix and by participating in the Group Coaching program Larry set up. Believe me his far exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with the results. Having the support of others in the Coaching Group as well as the weekly meetings really helped me stay accountable. I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend morning hikes and catching up on the previous week's challenges with the other members of the group. Look, even if you can't fit the Cleanse Group into your schedule, you should still do the 30 Day Program on your own.
I've learned a lot about how to eat better and it's really paying off as my clothes are now too big. For the first time in years I've had to pull my belt in, not let it out! Not only that, but I feel great, I've got more energy and I'm sleeping better too.Combined with the Body Basics Boot Camps program, the 30 Day Isagenix Total Body Cleanse makes perfect sense. The workouts are tough, but that's what the body needs in order to get leaner.

As a former high school wrestler, I feel like I'm back in training so-to-speak. I love that. Boot camp has helped me rediscover why fitness is soimportant. And as a father of two young boys, I want to be in shape so I can keep up with them. Or should I say, have my boys keep up with me! Don't even think about it. Like Nike says, "Just Do it!" -Steven Warner
So let's recap for a minute.
1. We've got Body Basics Boot Camps which is a great workout that will target your muscles and get you stronger and demand lot's of energy so that you'll burn calories at an accelerated rate all day long.
2. We've got Isagenix Nutritional Cleanse and Fat Burning program that will simplify your life, clean out the toxins and assist in accelerating fat release. Combined with boot camp, it's a powerful combination. That's how Steve Warner was able to release 20 pounds of fat his first month. What's amazing is, he's also gained lean muscle!
3. And last but not least we've got the FREE Isagenix Coaching program to ensure that you get all the help and support you need to succeed in your program. I have to admit, I agree with Steve's last statement, even though it's borrowed it from Nike. Taking the first step is often the most difficult part. So what are you waiting for? JUST DO IT!!!
